Blog Post #6: Chapter 14 MHH

The McGraw Hill Handbook gave important insight on where to find sources and how to use them. This is similar to what we did in class when we had the library presentation and looked through the databases. The book, as so the the presentation at the library, showed us the best way to look up articles and how to narrow our searches down from over 1000 results to a couple hundred. The are so many ways to go about researching; books can be a plentiful source, from encyclopedias to articles. The web is another great place to search for results and the more reliable usually have the ".org" or ".gov" as the domain.

For my project, reliable sources are definitely a big priority. To start off, the ' Global Peace Exchange Club' has a ".org" as the domain for their website. Also, as another way of using genre , professors spread the word about the club by teaching about it or just showing an interest in it, and some even donate to the partnerships hosting projects around the world.
